Meet the Dynamite Band

Introducing Gary - Lead Singer

Gary Beet Lead singer with the Dynamite Band

Gary the lead vocalist for Dynamite and the inspiration behind many of the wacky costume changes the band have now introduced into their show.
"We pride ourselves on not only playing great music but also on delivering a performance... our aim is to be the most in demand live music band in the region."

He spent over 8 years working as a singer compère in Tenerife and became a huge success, working in The Full Monty - Cabaret Bar. Gary has appeared on TV a number of times which included as a walk on acting part in Dedazzed and he was heavily featured whilst writing and training a new cabaret act called Sisters of Doom (Visiting Tenerife. why not see their show) for Sky One's Tenerife Uncovered. He also developed a number of production shows whilst working abroad which included a 70's show, Grease Nights and a Lost Boys show.

His mad cap stage presence will bring a spark to any event. Gary has been Dynamite's singer since the Dynamite band was conceived but he hasn't always been a singer. His CV is an impressive read, abeit lengthy: He started life as an electrician, then went on to a two year stint in the police force. Having changed direction again to become a sales and marketing director; he'd had enough of travelling, packing his bags he headed off to the sunny climbs of Fureteventura where he was a singer / comedian. Honing his talent for 6 days a week for the next 8 years, Gary also went on to support headline comedians in the USA and for a short time was on the writing team of Malcolm in the Middle. He has also entertained crowds as a TV warm up during his time in Los Angeles.
