For the last 5 years Dynamite, the 6 piece live music band from Norwich have entertained 1000's of guests at events across the UK creating a memorable finish to their night, which include weddings, corporate events such as AGM's, conferences, charity balls, and Christmas parties. The Dynamite band is made up of Gary (singer, guitar, trumpet), Kay (singer), Kevin (guitar), Rob (bass), Ryan (keyboards) and Tom (drums), plus our sound engineer Alex and lighting engineer Adam. Dynamite are highly experienced and have performed to over 20,000 at the Sparks in the Park fireworks display in Norwich where they supported Lil Chris, who at that time was No 3 in the charts. We're a high energy party band who try to engage our audiences by getting amongst them. We're often seen getting on to tables and chairs.

Dynamite are based in Norwich, Norfolk and work all across the UK. They have been together for 5 years building one of the finest reputation for being one of the liveliest corporate bands on the circuit. Dynamite have played at events across Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk, with a repertoire covering some 50 years and over 150+ song on our play list. Dynamite are not a pub band, we are a semi professional corporate function band with years of experience between the 6 members of Dynamite. We are not just a band but all round entertainers who provide an end to your event that will leave your guests talking about your event for weeks after the event. Dynamite have become the most successful wedding and corporate bands working across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and the South east of England.

What events do Dynamite play at?

Dynamite play at weddings, corporate events, private functions, award presentations, University and charity balls, open air festivals and most kind of private or public events where live music is required. Our success as a wedding band has meant that most of our bookings come from referrals. Dynamite are a 6 piece band made up of 4 part harmonies (vocals) Gary, Kay, Ryan & Rob (3 male and 1 female), 2x guitars acoustic and lead guitar, bass guitar, 2x keyboards and drums. We also have a road crew: Alex our sound engineer and Adam our lighting engineer.

 

What experience do Dynamite have?

All the band members have gained their experience playing in professional bands, orchestras and theatres in the UK and abroad, and have performed on Sky One Tenerife Uncovered and BBC, at open-air festivals, as well as at countless private and corporate functions including weddings, for corporate entertainment and outdoor festivals.

 

What kind of music do Dynamite play?

DYNAMITE is a high energy party band! and perform hits from the last 4 decades covering anything from Elvis to Kaiser Chiefs, Lulu and Madness to Abba. We aim to entertain and leave your guest with a lasting memory of your night there are also many comedy moments throughout our show.

 

What will the band look like?

We are a professional band and will aim to meet your expectations for the event you are holding. From professional stage wear to Black tie anything is possible. What about sound and lighting? We only use top of the range Martin front of house and back line PA equipment, together with £6000 of stage and disco lighting. For larger event we call upon anything up to a 20k rig for an extra £450+.

 

How much does it cost to hire Dynamite?

Our fees start from £1600. NB: It takes 1.5hrs to set up our equipment as we are a self contained band, therefore you need to allocate enough time for the road crew set up and sound check. This can be anytime from 10am of the day of the performance.
